Kelly Turner

Kelly Turner has called the Eastern Sierra home since 1985. Although she spent time away, her deep connection to the region always drew her back. Since returning in 2015, Kelly has dedicated herself to helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Eastern Sierra with passion, integrity, and expert local insight.

With Mammoth Lakes as the hub of the region, Kelly’s knowledge extends far beyond the town limits. She is highly familiar with communities along Highway 395 and specializes in off-grid and rural properties, as well as resort and vacation homes. Kelly believes the rural lands of the Eastern Sierra are a true hidden gem—offering breathtaking beauty, space, and a lifestyle unlike any other.

Kelly’s appreciation for the land runs deep. She is an eleventh-generation Californian, with ancestors among the original forty-four settlers of Los Angeles in 1781. Her family history includes California Rangers who traveled through the Eastern Sierra delivering supplies and mail long before California became a state. As Kelly says, “This vast land of the Eastern Sierra is my home.”

Today, Kelly continues to serve her community with enthusiasm and integrity. She remains actively involved in local projects while listing and selling properties, assisting buyers with vacation homes, and helping families find their forever homes.
