Leslie O'Berry

Leslie O'Berry grew up on the beaches of North Carolina, but it was the allure of the mountains that changed everything. In 2000, fresh out of graduate school at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, she loaded up her car and headed west — and never looked back. Mammoth Lakes quickly became home, and to this day she counts her blessings every time she looks up at the towering Sierra peaks that surround the town.

Leslie entered real estate in 2005 as an assistant and wasted no time making her mark — earning her license, transitioning to buyer's agent, and rising to brokerage partner by 2008. A designated Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist, she has built deep expertise in short sale listings and negotiations, and brings genuine passion to helping clients claim their own piece of the Mammoth lifestyle. Rounding out her professional work, Leslie also conducts bank inspections on foreclosures and bank-owned (REO) properties.

Today, Leslie's entrepreneurial spirit has found its fullest expression in Pinnacle Real Estate, which she launched in 2026 as a collaborative, team-driven brokerage. Pinnacle has quickly attracted many of the top-ranked agents in the Eastern Sierra, united by a shared commitment to a full-service experience for every buyer and seller. In this new chapter, Leslie channels her years of expertise into what she loves most — building lasting client relationships and mentoring the next generation of agents in an ever-evolving industry.

When she's not working, you'll likely find Leslie out on the trails or the road — biking, skiing, trail running or simply soaking up the outdoors alongside her husband and two children.
